Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal
Through all the seasons CPM Inc. can provide you with a professional team to take care of all your yard maintenance and snow removal needs.
Spring , Summer, Fall
- Lawn Care : We provide affordable personalized service on a weekly, bi - weekly or one time basis.
- Power Raking : We will power rake your lawn to remove the thatch. Thatch is the layer of old dead grass etc. which accumulates on the ground surface preventing moisture and oxygen from reaching the grass roots.
- Aeration: We provide core aeration pulls out plugs of soil to allow oxygen, moisture and fertilizer to reach grass roots.
- Fertilizing, Weed and Insect Control - CPM Inc. will provide weed control and fertilizing as a package or one time application.
Winter
- Snow Removal from Sidewalks: For a set monthly rate based on the areas being cleared, CPM Inc. will keep the specified areas free and clear of snow. They will come out at each snowfall an unlimited number of times per month up to once every 24 hours . Ice melt/sand and gravel will be applied as necessary and charged per application as specified by the customer.
- Snow Ploughing of Parking lots: For a set rate based on the areas being cleared, CPM Inc. will plough the specified parking lot areas.
- Graveling: For a rate based on the areas being gravelled, CPM Inc. will come and apply gravel as required, or specified by the customer.
