Regular Vacuuming
This includes nightly vacuuming of all carpeted areas. Custodial staff inspect all areas for soiling or spotting—removing spots and stains as soon as possible. Detailed vacuuming is also scheduled to include corners, edges, bases, under projections and around legs of furniture.
Rotary Brush Shampooing
Fluffs up matted pile and loosens embedded abrasives. This process opens up the pile to release trapped soil that is embedded in the fabric and primary backing of the carpeting.
Uses a special detergent selected with regard to pile composition. Quick-drying process to ensure against mildew and related odours. Adds a brightener which gives surface yarn a fresher look.
